It is reported that 95% of businesses fail within the first year. There are several reasons given as to the why so many fail. Run out of money, lost interest, too expensive.

These are a few of the reason given but they really aren't reasons, just excuses.

There are 6 ingredients necessary for success in business and life. It is impossible to succeed without these ingredients.

Have you ever tried to cook a cake and left out an ingredient or used the wrong ingredients? You either had a mess or a cake your dog wouldn't eat.

Does this mean you will never be able to make a cake? No! It just means you need to learn the ingredients that goes into the cake mix. Then learn how to mix it all together so the batter will be of the right consistency. Have the oven  preheated to the right temperature, and bake for the right amount of time and you have a cake.

Starting your home business or any business is no different than cooking a cake. Learn the right ingredients, mix them right, you will have a successful business. Use the wrong ingredients or leave out an ingredient and your chance at success is less than 2%.

Ok, Lets see if we can find the right ingredients.

The First Ingredient For Success.

1. Idea.

An Idea is a concept in the mind waiting to be built upon.

An Idea is more than a thought. An Idea has it's beginning with a thought then grows until it becomes an Idea.

We have the privilege to rid our mind of the thought before it becomes an Idea. We may  decide to eliminate the idea after it has grown past the thought stage.

Most of us will eliminate the thought before it has a chance to grow. Most people are lazy. Not so as to shun their "believed" responsibility, but we are mind lazy.

If there is some physical force that needs applied to a situation we will apply as much force as needed to get the job done.

Not so when it comes to a mental situation. A mental situation can be pushed aside mentally without much force.

Since it is something we can't see nor have to walk around, we'll just push it to the back of our mind and forget it in a short period of time.

There are thousands of people walking around financially broke because they decided to push their Ideas aside, because it would take too much work to bring their Ideas to fruition.

Maybe they would have to contact someone about getting their Idea into a physical product but they don't know who to contact. This gives them a sense of satisfaction and they rob the world of the products it needs.

An Idea is the beginning of any endeavor.

Without an Idea you will have no where to go or anything to do.

To start a business with any chance of success, You must have an Idea as to what kind of business you are going to start. Whether it be a service business, or a product selling business.

Then you must have an Idea as to what service you are going to provide to your customers or what product you will sell to them.

See how many Ideas you can come up with between now and the next letter with ingredient # 2.

Write them down, think about them just before you go to bed. Let your subconscious work on them while you get a good night sleep.

In the morning pick the best 2 or 3 and do the same thing tonight as you did last night. When you wake up in the morning you should have the Idea you will want to work with.
